May, 2002 (Month 12)(images from August 7 to September 5) |
I'm 11 months old...and I'm still not quite walking (at least, at the beginning of the month). I'm really close, though...in fact, I'm able to walk (I've taken a few steps), but I won't walk by myself -- I have to be holding on to something (a hand, a table, something solid). I'm starting to understand more and more things every day, and I'm pretty much understand what my parents are asking/telling me: "Where's my nose?", "What sound does a dog make?" ("Arf!"), "What sound does a snake make?" ("Hssss"), and lots more. I eat everything in sight, I'm starting to sleep better on my own, and my hair's getting longer! Most recent pictures (from my BIRTHDAY!) are at the bottom (scroll down to week 4)! |

On Saturday, we all went to the market. | I love looking and waving at things!
Hey...what's that? | It's a balloon, from the market!
Ha ha! I got the balloon! | Wow, lots of balloons...I love balloons!
I can even stand and hold them! Watch me! | Then I played with my doll! Watch me!
And then I looked in the fridge. Watch me! | And I kept getting into mischief.
Later on, I played with my ball tower. | It's fun to watch the balls go down!
Daddy took a picture of us Sunday morning... | ...before I took my customary nap.
Here I am with my lawnmower... | Daddy, do you want this block?
Week 2 begins here! |
I played with my walker during the week... | And then I played ball with Grandpa!
There's a movie of this, if you want to see it. | OK, let's get this ball out of here.
Here's me and Grandpa/Grandma (and a movie!) | Lemons taste funny!
Whoops! I dropped the lemon... | ...and it rolled when I stooped down...
Hey, lemon! Where'd you go? | There you are! Oh...let's go riding!
Mommy kept taking pictures of... | Grandma, Mommy and me.

Up the slide, down the slide. | Nickelle and Jim played with me too.
