July, 2005 (Month 25) (images from July 4 to August 6)



July update....
That's not Elmo, that's my sister! Evan and Brandon visited!
We took some pictures with them... ...and then with Roberta and Larry, too!
We had a great dinner... ...thanks for coming!
Afterwards, I got a bath. Getting ready for my birthday, making cupcakes!
We're pretty good at this. How about a little TV before nap?
When I woke up, I got a present from Grandma/Grandpa! It was a "fix me Elmo" kit!
I listened to Elmo's heart... ...and then Grandma helped me fix him.
We took a picture outside... ....OK, maybe two pictures.
And then Grandpa joined us. A rare family shot!
And Mommy expertly set up the self-taking picture. Nina came over before my party.
I did a little dance while waiting for people. And gave Daddy a little head-resting time.
The Ojedas made pizza for us! Everyone liked my new train table.
I played in the bouncy thing for awhile... ...and then had cupcakes with Alex.
Mmm, they were good! I don't eat many sweets, but this was tasty.
Nina gave me some love at the party... ...and so did Papa.
Did you notice my home-made dress, by the way? Everyone had a good time...
...and I even hit this pinata a few times! After my nap, I put on one of my favorite shirts.
I had a great birthday party! Now it's my actual birthday...so off to the pool!
Alex and I hugged outside the pool... ...but I just wanted to get back in.
And now for the ceremonial Benihana's lunch! First the little girls posed for a picture outside...
...then all of us did. Inside, I read the menu.
After dinner, my favorite:  ah-ma-nah! That's one of the few words I've made up.
Happy Birthday, Charlie! Now we're at the library for story time.
It's really fun... ...and they gave me this birthday hat to wear!
I kept it on the whole time... ...but couldn't figure out how to blow out the candles on it.
The stories were very interesting. I listened well the whole time.
What?  Benihana's again? Well, now it's Nina's birthday, two days later!
After lunch, the girls took a bath. Can you tell we love each other?
I love Alex's room! I like playing with the necklaces...
...and laying in bed. (After putting all the books on the ground.) Mommy got the camera out in the backyard.
We danced up on the step... ...who, me?
I like walking around with a Dora cap and a cape. Now we're at Sea World!
It was picture day with the mascots. Even Daddy got into the act!
We watched a dolphin show. Later, I took some pictures in my jammies!
Check me out! Uh oh -- time for bed?

Ready to be done? OK, me too.
The next morning, the camera came out again. Mommy is updating my portfolio.
But when the TV is on, that's what I pay attention to. I went to school with Alex!
We did the Pledge of Allegiance... ...but I didn't know it.
Ah, the "spreading out of the books" ceremony. I'm really good at this.
Books and TV...ah, I'm happy. Time for Dr. Snyder!
It was pretty fun at first. We got to read books...
...but then, the needles came out! I was so sad!
There are 13 movies this month!
Alex dresses as Elmo, much to Charlie's delight (19 sec)
Grandma and Grandpa brought a new Elmo toy! (15 sec.)
Charlie makes an attempt at singing Happy Birthday. (23 sec.)
The girls dance in their pretty pink dresses. (20 sec.)
This Happy Birthday song was a little better. (18 sec.)
Before my birthday, I went to the library! (25 sec.)
At my birthday party, I went in the jumpy thing! (15 sec.)
Then I blew out the candles on my cake. (20 sec.)
And finally, I had to choose an Elmo cupcake! (25 sec.)
